Install it in the Claude app

Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Skills (code execution has to be on too).
Click Upload skill and pick seo-captions.zip. Don't unzip it.
Start a new chat, paste a transcript, and ask for the caption.

Install it in Claude Code

Unzip the file. You get a folder called seo-captions.
Move that folder into ~/.claude/skills/.
Restart Claude Code and run /seo-captions with your transcript.

First run

The skill asks who is on camera, what the business sells, and who the customer is. Answer once and keep the chat, or save the answers in a note you paste in each time.
