Highlights channel · full process map
You can't automate what you can't articulate.
Nineteen stages take one long recording to a batch of scheduled highlight videos. Each stage below shows how it's done by hand and what the system does instead. A batch is 7–8 clips.

Where the human time goes
Both bars share one scale. Minutes per batch, using the midpoint of each stage's estimate. Onboarding is one-off and left out. The by-hand midpoints add up to a little over the ~2 h overall estimate because the pacing pass (0–30 min) is optional.

The masterclass video, laid over the map
The video follows the pipeline in order. Chapter widths are a suggested share of runtime, not minutes. The three offer mentions sit at the open, 30% in, and the close. At 30% the viewer has just finished sourcing and is about to enter clip-finding, the hardest part to build alone.
Per-stage beat 1
Do it by hand
Screen-record the manual version. Say the rule out loud: what a good result looks like and what breaks it.
Per-stage beat 2
Show the system doing it
Twenty to sixty seconds of the automated step running. This is what keeps the word "automated" honest in the title.

Name what you'd build
One sentence: the input, the output, the gate. That's the blueprint. The prompts and code stay in the kit.
